More Details From PokkenArena.com | Gardevoir at Pokken Arena |
Gardevoir is a Psychic/Fairy-type classified as the Embrace Pokémon. She evolves from Kirlia and is the final form of Ralts, and has the potential to Mega Evolve into Mega Gardevoir. She appears as a fighter in Pokkén Tournament. Gardevoir was introduced to Pokkén Tournament upon its initial release in Japan on arcade.
In Pokkén Tournament
Gardevoir is classified as a techincal character. She can slowly recover HP while in High Stance. She attacks primarily by using ranged attacks, making it hard to counter aggressive melee opponents but granting it more leverage in Field Phase. Her best option when dealing with a opponent at close range is to use Psyshock and run away (Field Phase) or use Psyshock and then cause a Phase Shift (Duel Phase). Her fighting style is based on Tekken's Asuka and Jun Kazama.
